日本人と紅葉
日本では紅葉を楽しむことを「紅葉狩り」といいますが、この習慣は1200年前の万葉集でも詠まれている伝統的なものです。
そして撮影する対象として最近増えたアマチュア写真愛好家に好まれている感じがします。
近年の傾向として紅葉は遅れ気味であり、また、所謂「真っ赤な紅葉」にはなり難いと感じます。
近年では11月下旬から12月上旬あたりが最も美しい紅葉がみられますが、秋の行楽シーズンとしてツアーや特別拝観が設定される期間は10日前後終了が早いため最盛期と合わなくなる傾向にあります。
作品の対象としてみた紅葉は、日本人の偏愛にもかかわらず世界的にみると「あまり人気がない」ということがインターネットの反響によってわかった事実です。個人的な意見として、最近盛んに言われている外国人観光客向け商材としての紅葉は工夫が必要だと思います。

Japanese loves autumnal tints

The Japanese likes to see the autumnal tints that is the red and the yellow leaves in the beautiful landscape. We call that is "Momiji-gari" and we had been doing that from Nara era over 1200 years ago. In recent times, autumnal tints have been favored by amateur photographers as subjects.
In recent years, I think that the leaves are delayed to turn red color and the leaves are difficult to be so-called “bright red colored leaves", so that there are a discrepancy between the time of autumnal tints and the time of the tour.
The autumnal tints seem unpopular in the Internet as a subject, what I know from the results of the number of the reach, but the Japanese loves that very much.
