平成31年 菜種御供大祭
2019年（平成31年）3月25日は大阪府藤井寺市にある道明寺天満宮に「菜種御供大祭｣の撮影に行きました。
私は10年以上前からこのお祭りを公式撮影しています。
近鉄 道明寺駅から駅前商店街を抜けた丘の上に神社があります。
この場所は多くの遺跡が出土している古い歴史のある場所で、学問の神様としてだれもが知っている「てんじんさん（天神）さん」菅原道真公の一族が住んでいた場所でもあります。
道明寺という名前は明治時代以前の神仏習合の頃には同じ敷地内に寺と神社が建っていましたが、神仏分離によって分けられ寺は道明寺（尼寺）として別の近隣地にあります。
道明寺は菅原道真公の叔母様 覚寿尼公が住んいた場所です。神社のHPによれば道真公が延喜元年（901年）大宰府に左遷される途中にも立ち寄って、覚寿尼公との別れを惜しんだそうです。この場面は「道明寺の別れ」として有名です。
その際辺り一面には菜の花が咲いていました。覚寿尼公は毎日陰膳を据えていましたが、その飯を粉にし、梅の実の形にした黄色の団子をこしらえたところ、病気平癒の効があるとして、参拝者がこぞって求めました。
これが河内の春を告げる神事となり、「河内の春ごと」として親しまれているそうです。
境内では毎月25日に開催される骨董品市も開催されており、平日にもかかわらず多くの人出がありました。
梅園はシーズンに訪れることをお勧めする場所の一つです。規模、内容、手入れの具合どれも素晴らしいです。
私は午前9時20分ごろに神社に到着して社務所にご挨拶をしてから神事の撮影を致しました。
お昼をはさんで午後の稚児行列に奉仕する子供たちが集まってきました。
慣れない稚児衣装をまとい、顔には化粧をされて戸惑いながらも楽しそうにしていました。
着替えをすませてお化粧をしてもらう稚児の様子を撮影いたしました。
お化粧が進むにつれて役目の自覚と緊張が感じられて凛としたものが感じられます。
午後1時に本殿前に参集した稚児とその保護者たちで華やかで愛らしい雰囲気となっていました。
この日は平日にもかかわらずｱﾏﾁｭｱｶﾒﾗﾏﾝをはじめ多くの人出がありました。
稚児たちは菜の花をもらい、お払いを受けた後に行列が出発しました。
先頭の神職に続いて子供を守護する猿田彦が先導します。
行列は神社境内を抜け、商店街を道明寺駅に向かいます。
この祭礼の行列の道行きはどちらかといえば短いのですが、幼い稚児には過酷です。
行列は駅前で曲がって神社に戻ります。
境内に入って本殿前で菜の花をお供えして稚児たちの奉仕は終わりました。
稚児たちは衣装のまま境内で記念写真を撮ったりしながら帰途に着きました。
道明寺天満宮、祭り関係者、そして、参加者の皆様ありがとうございました。

Natane Goku Grand Festival 2019
It went to photographing of "Natane Goku Grand Festival (Shinto ritual of offering the yellow rice dumpling at the season of rape blossoms)" to Domyoji Tenmangu Shrine located at the Osaka Prefecture Fujiidera City in 25 March 2019. I am an official photographer of this festival for over 10 years.
That is the location of the old history of many archaeological sites have been excavated, this place is also a family birthplace of Mr. Sugawara Michizane as "Tenjin-Sama" public everyone knows as the god of learning lived.
In the ancient times, there is in the same place because of syncretistic fusion of Shintoism and Buddhism, but after it was the Ordinance Distinguishing Shinto and Buddhism at Meiji era that was separated into Shinto Shrine and Buddhism Temple.
Domyoji is where an aunt of Mr. Sugawara Michizane had lived. And this place is famous for story of "Parting of Domyoji".
This festival is based on a story that His aunt made the yellow rice dumpling for everyday for pray for him, they say that "Spring Festival of Kawachi (East part of Osaka-Prefecture)". This place is famous for beautiful Ume garden, please go to watch it in early spring.
I arrived shrine at 9:20am, and soon moved to main shrine to photograph a Shinto ceremony.
Children who participate in the festival came around noon. Even they did not usual, that they wore the bronc costume and makeup face, but they were so fun. I photographed them the state in which the make-up. They became a serious face after make-up progresses.
It had become a lovely atmosphere when parents and bronc has come at the front of main shrine at 1:00 pm. There were many amateur cameraman even in weekday.
The parade started after they received a purification ceremony and received rape blossoms.
Parade have been departure with the Shinto priest and "Sarutahiko"(Shinto god) in their lead. After went out of the shrine area, the parade went to Domyoji Station through the shopping mall. Process of this festival is short, but it is hard to the young children.
A parade returned to the shrine, after they turned at the front of the station. Their role of this festival were ended when they offered rapeseed in the main shrine.
